Piatto ricco mi cificco!!! , un  buon bucatino (spagho con il buco al'interno) una salsa classica delle più gustose , un binomio indelebile della cucina italiana...
La pancetta fa la differenza in questo succulento e ricco sugo....La cipolla regina della cucina abbondante e generosa come supporto e complemento alla pancetta uno dei migliori connubi in cucina .
